I truly enjoyed polite service.

I was very happy with the comfortable and excellent room, that was complete with the sofa, coffee machine plus separate bedroom. The location was magnificent - very close to the beach and restaurants and shops. The staff were nice and courteous too.

The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the bathroom was spotless with a nice bathtub.

All in all, it was nice base for travelling to Penticton. The staff was super-friendly, they give us all the help. The venue's position was central. Loved our stay.

I loved staying at Plaza Motel in Penticton. The cozy room with a full kitchen and coffee machine was brand-new and comfortable. The motel's location in the center of Penticton was convenient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience overall.

The hotel is conveniently situated in a central area near shops, Main Street, restaurants, and amenities. It is only 2 km away from Ikeda Japanese Garden.- The room had double beds, which was perfect for our needs.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a quiet area, very close to Main Street which is a major road way. The room was well-appointed with a full kitchen and double beds for a wonderful stay. The staff was ready to assist, really helpful people. We liked the breakfast.

The location was great, just a short walk away from the lakeshore. It was convenient for our romantic escape. The air conditioning in the room worked well and kept us cool during the hot weather. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.

The carpets were stained and dirty, and there were bugs on the bed. The overall condition of the room was poor, with cracking walls and crumbling furniture.

This place has a great location and the staff are excellent, plus the standard queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, with a newly renovated bathroom and just 10 km distance to the airport.

The value for the money was excellent, with an affordable price for a basic but clean room. The location was centralized and convenient. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, accommodating, and made the check-in and check-out process hassle-free.

The breakfast items could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety or options.

Everything here surpassed my expectations, and I plan to return in the future.
